This is the third kitchen gadget that I have got from Russell Taylors and I must admit that this pressure cooker is the one that my wife LOVES THE MOST as she can prepare so many different dishes with it. Design wise I really love the rose gold (or chrome) and black finish which makes it look very classy and elegant at the same time. In terms of built quality, this pressure cooker from Russell Taylor feels really durable and compact. Its footprint is pretty small, meaning that it could fit any corner of your kitchen or dining area easily.
The control panel is pretty neat and clear. Clear as it is pretty self-explanatory as it comes with 8 main buttons that can directly help you to cook what you want ranging from rice, porridge, steam, cake, soup, meat, bean and fish. Basically you can cook almost anything just by pressing any of the buttons available to you and voila in no time you delicious meals will be ready for you. You will be surprised how fast a pressure cooker can dish out the food that your heart yearns for.
Just throw in all the ingredients, select the correct settings and voila your meals will be cooked in no time. YES! In other words, a pressure cooker is like your all-in-one "Chef" that can help you to dish out scrumptious cuisines for you and your family without much hassle and effort. The best part of using a pressure cooker is that your COOKING TIME WILL BE REDUCED by up to 50%! And not to mention that you just have to load in the ingredients and the pressure cooker will do the rest. I must say that a pressure cooker is a MUST-HAVE for your kitchen as it allows you to prepare healthy and nutritious meals for your family despite the time constraints. This is important for working mothers who still want their family especially their children to eat a balanced diet.

So what can we cook with an electric pressure cooker? Pretty much everything like we have mentioned previously and for our first attempt, we decided to try Nasi Briyani. Honestly speaking it was really, really easy to cook our Nasi Briyani by using this Russell Taylors pressure cooker. In fact I would say that it was almost effortless! Do you know that we cooked our Nasi Briyani together with the onions and chicken meat (EVERYTHING) just by using the pressure cooker alone. That means you can stir fry the onion first, add the chicken meat and last but not least cook the rice (from the beginning until the end) just by using the pressure cooker. OMG! So everything can be cooked easily with just one kitchen gadget-pressure cooker!
