Stay active in this gym in Sheraton PJ Hotel. Known as Sheraton Fitness, this world-class gym is well equipped for hotel visitors to exercise. Located on the 33rd level of the hotel, this cutting-edge gym is open 24 hours daily.

Another important facility that I really enjoy during my stay in Sheraton PJ Hotel was its amazing in-house gym or better known as Sheraton Fitness. After indulging in so much delicious food at Yue Restaurant, Miyabi Restaurant and Feast Restaurant in the hotel itself, I needed to exercise a little bit. Fortunately there is a fully-equipped gym in the hotel for me to burn some calories before we start our food hunting journey again!

Sheraton Fitness is really a gym that can match any of the full-scale commercial gyms around you. In fact it is better than almost all the gyms that I go. The moment I stepped into this gym I was completely flabbergasted to see how well-equipped it was. This world-class gym is provided by Technogym. There were many treadmills, exercise bikes and cross trainers just to name few at your disposal. So you do not need to be worried if there is not enough exercise equipment to work out.

This Sheraton Fitness is really big, spacious and not to mention really damn clean too! When I was doing my workout, I couldn't help but notice that almost everything in the gym was shiny...meaning that they have been thoroughly cleaned and polished. This really gave me peace of mind knowing that I am exercising in a very hygienic environment. On top of that, it smelled really good in the gym as well~calming and serene. Hence it was really relaxing while I was running on the treadmill while listening to my music.

This multigym is kinda challenging and interesting

Interestingly enough, just like in the outdoor swimming pool nobody was around the gym that morning. I guess those who were staying in this luxurious hotel would rather be in bed rather than sweating right? That's really good as I could ave the gym all to myself (literally). Out of all the gym equipment, my favourite was of course the cutting-edge treadmill. It was the most state-of-the-art treadmill I have even run on in my life with advanced control panel and a huge LCD screen for me cuztomize my exercise. This alone was enough to perk me up and motivate me.

Besides the treadmill, I also had some fun with the robust cross trainer and exercise bike. All the equipment felt really new and well-maintained, making it a fun workout session for anyone. Another excise equipment which really attracted me was the intimidating multigym. If I could use this every day I would become a hulk. LOL 😂 There were also a lot of dumbbells, adjustable benches and wellness balls for you to have a variety of workouts. This gym is indeed full-equipped!

One extra bonus of exercising in Sheraton Fitness is its amazing view. Similar to the rooftop infinity pool, this gym is also located on the 33rd level of Sheraton PJ Hotel. This means you will be getting a beautiful, panoramic view while exercising which can really be therapeutic. That's the privilege of exercising "on cloud nine" right? Forget to bring your bottle of water to re-hydrate yourself? No worries as there is a water dispenser available for free-flow of sky juice. Need a towel to wipe your dripping sweat? The gym has got it covered with the available towels at the entrance. So if you are staying in Sheraton PJ Hotel, make sure you take advantage of this gym. It is open 24 hours~7 days a week!
