Xiaomi's new 30,000mAh Mi Power Bank 3 can charge 3 devices at the same time. Its massive capacity means that you do not need to worry about running out of juice anymore for your smartphones, tablets or cameras. It is available with a price tag of around US$25 (RM100).

With removable battery being almost obsolete for smartphones, it makes perfect sense to carry around a power bank to juice up your devices. Those who are constantly running out of battery due to gaming, photography or even video-filming will be happy to note that Xiaomi has just released a huge 30,000mAh Mi Power Bank 3 that can charge 3 devices simultaneously. This is of course a massive upgrade for its 20,000mAh Mi Power Bank 3 which can support 2-way fast charging.

It comes with 2 USB-A ports, 1 USB-C and 1 micro-USB port. The USB-C port will support 2-way charging while the micro-USB port can only be used for input-to charge the power bank. You can charge 3 devices at the same time through the USB-C port and the other 2 normal USB ports. This is actually good news, meaning that instead of carrying 3 different power banks, now a family just need to carry this 1 around to charge everyone's smartphones.

Equipped with a USB-C to Lightning Cable, you can use it to juice up all the new iPhones via fast-charging. You will need 1 hour and 45 minutes to full charge an iPhone 11 which supports 18W USB-PD fast charging. It is interesting to note that Xiaomi is so thoughtful about iPhone owners. 😀

Charge 3 devices at the same time with Mi Power Bank 3

How about the power bank itself? To fully charge this 30,000mAh Mi Power Bank 3, you will just need around 7.5 hours using a 30W USB-PD charger. If you were to use an 18W charger, that will take you around 10 hours to get a full charge. Likewise an extremely slow 5W charger will take you up to a whopping 31 hours just to get a full charge. Hence, it will be wise that you bring along your fast charging cables with you.

Unfortunately for the time being, it is not suitable for air travel yet. Hence it will be better if you get a one with a capacity of 20,000mAh or smaller should you want to travel abroad.
