On paper, the MatePad Pro might appear to be a carbon copy of Apple's Ipad Pro. They are almost identical in terms of look, name and even the stylus. Having said so, this latest tablet from Huawei is not merely a "copycat". In fact MatePad Pro is in a league of its own by offering specs and features that are the best right now for non-iPadOS tablets. Yupe~that means currently even Samsung  premium tablets are lagging behind in terms of features, specs and pricing.

The maximum brightness of the screen can hit 540 nits which makes outdoor usage enjoyable as well.

However there is one drawback that might make or break your decision whether to get this Huawei MatePad Pro or not. This tablet runs on the latest EMUI 10.1 which is based on Android 10, HOWEVER you will not have access to Google Mobile Services (GMS) such as GMail, Maps and Youtube just to name a few. Of course there are several unofficial ways to install Google Play Store and still use your favourite Google apps. So will you still get this MatePad Pro as a tablet for yourself? Personally I believe it is a value-for-money purchase as it is reasonably priced and boasts good specifications and awesome features.
