Create or Innovate Before You Become A Failure

Never settle for second best! In fact never settle for the best. Always strive for excellence. Read on to find out if you agree that we should always think or ways to create and innovate whatever that we have right now!

We make progress because we are not satisfied with what we see right before our eyes, knowing that we can do something to make it better. Francis Bacon once said, "Acorns were good until bread was found." Why do we have mobile phones? Because we do not want to be stuck to the wall all the time while talking~we want freedom to roam around while being connected, no? The majority of failures that we have witnessed is due to lack of persistence in creating new plans to improve the ones that succeed. Some might ask, "Why try to fix something that is not broken?"

Never settle for anything less!

The answer to that question is: "The only constant is change!" And if you fail to evolve and constantly striving to improve you will be replaced and become obsolete. If you can't conjure a new idea, you can always fall back to existing ones and try to improve them. "Where we cannot invent, we may at least improve," mentioned Charles Caleb Colton. In fact both Uber and AirBnB are new solutions to old problems that have been plaguing us. As disruptive as they are, these innovations have paved way for a better life for millions of people across the globe ranging from more job opportunities and affordability to travel and move around.

You will agree that these are life-changing right?

When you are at the drawing board, don't just search for one single answer to the problem that you are trying to tackle. Instead brainstorm and rake your brain to look for as many solutions as possible and choose the best one. Always go the extra mile and do more than what is required of you if you want to get that unprecedented breakthrough that will make you stand out! Zig Ziglar  said it best, "The difference between ordinary and extraordinary is that little extra!" So are you pushing a little bit harder to break the mold?

We gotta think out of the box!

Of course there is always a way-and then there is always an even better way. When you think you have found a solution-look closely again. Scrutinize and you will be surprised how much you may have missed. The pursuit of knowledge will always be the light to guide you to find a better way. The biggest foe of best is good and if you are easily gratified by what is good, you will never get to enjoy what is best. Heck! Even the best is not an option when excellence is what we should be aiming for in this modern age that we are dwelling in.
