Beautiful Chinese New Year Decorations @ Jambatan Pasar Melaka

If you are looking for an Instagrammable spot in Melaka to snap photos during Chinese New Year, then you gotta head over to this Jambatan Pasar. You will be dazzled by the beautiful red lanterns and hypnotic lights. :)

Finally curtains are down for 2019's edition of our piggy Chinese New Year. Time really flies huh! Just a moment ago, it appeared that we were all busy preparing for our most anticipated festival and now we are saying good bye with the arrival of Chap Goh Meh. They say Chinese New Year is all about food, ang pow and of course plenty of attractive red lanterns to light up the otherwise pitch black skies. Like a moth, I am always attracted to the beautiful luminescence of the glowing rosy lights. How about you? :)

This year's Chinese New Year is kinda special as Malacca is graced with a lot of red lanterns which I think really brings out that merry and happy ambiance that is much needed. Gotta thank the newly elected Harapan government for this. So most of the historical sites and streets are brimming with these dangling red lanterns right now. That one place that I have really fallen in love with its Chinese New Year decorations is Jambatan Pasar. Obviously the team behind this had put in a lot of effort to make the bridge looks extraordinarily pulchritudinous! :)

Nothing beats RED colours during Chinese New Year. :)

We deliberately drove all the way from our home to visit this bridge just to snap a few photos that you could only capture during the Chinese New Year. When we arrived, of course many others were thronging this iconic bridge as well, doing what we were about to do later. LOL :D Patiently, we waited for our turn to snap our photos. Besides the usual red lanterns, there are other dazzling LED lights along the railings of the bridge that will change colours to hypnotize you. It was truly a sight to behold if you ask me. :)
