Yes. Taylor Swift means trouble (pun intended). "I knew you were trouble when I you walked in, Taylor Swift" uttered all her ex boyfriends. She is trouble because once you dump this country songstress or vice versa, she is so going to pen down about how you wrecked your short-lived relationship and how you screwed up big time! And it appears that her way of venting her frustration on men who walked out of her life is gaining mainstream support. 416,000 copies of I Knew You Were Trouble were sold in just one week and this song has been certified Triple Platinum. Sales figure won't cheat right?
Goodness...that means, Taylor was really successful in bringing out the bitter messages that she intended for her listeners. Honestly when I first heard I Knew You Were Trouble, I did not expect the one behind the microphone to be Taylor Swift. After all she is the elegant lady who brought us wonderful song like Safe & Sound. This song is an obvious sign that Taylor Swift is beginning to step out of her country music, and experiment with a broader of music. That is why I Knew You Were Trouble receives rave reviews for its mainstream appeal which many describe as being very catchy! Don't you agree?
So who is this song directed to? Of course it is Harry Styles of One Direction. Apparently Taylor Swift has already known that Harry Style will be total trouble for her. However, just like any other ordinary lass, she will swoon at the sight of his Prince Charming how is everyone's heartthrob. When they got together Taylor Swift thought that she could change Harry Styles into a loyal, monogamous, boyfriend that she could call her own. Unfortunately, it is not a secret that Harry Styles who is enjoying his fame is sexually active and that means he is sleeping around a lot like nobody's business (which is true).
Taylor Swift of course knew that Harry Styles could not be the homey, loyal guy that would only sleep with her alone...and yet she got herself into trouble by dating him. They were just sexually incompatible. Haha :D That aside, I must admit that this is one heck of a brilliant song on how to make your ex look really bad. I Knew You Were Trouble has really painted a bad picture on Harry Styles, don't you agree? But I don't think that handsome bloke will give a damn. After all...she already knew it!

Hahaha :D She did make a lot out of it.
Don't you think he is handsomer than Harry Styles? Haha :D
If this song were to depict about how terribly upset she was, then Harry Styles really screwed up. The fact that Taylor with dark makeup waking up in a desert which was being surrounded by trash showed that the relationship really turned into something horrible. It was like their love turned into rotten garbage with acrid smell hanging heavily in the air. Wow...what a statement? Wanna know more? Watch the MTV of I Knew You Were Trouble to see how troubled Taylor Swift were. :pTaylor Swift-I Knew You Were Trouble MTV
Taylor Swift-I Knew You Were Trouble Lyrics
[Music video spoken part:]
I think--I think when it's all over,
It just comes back in flashes, you know?
It's like a kaleidoscope of memories.
It just all comes back. But he never does.
I think part of me knew the second I saw him that this would happen.
It's not really anything he said or anything he did,
It was the feeling that came along with it.
And the crazy thing is I don't know if I'm ever gonna feel that way again.
But I don't know if I should.
I knew his world moved too fast and burned too bright.
But I just thought, how can the devil be pulling you toward someone who looks so much like an angel when he smiles at you?
Maybe he knew that when he saw me.
I guess I just lost my balance.
I think that the worst part of it all wasn't losing him.
It was losing me.
Once upon a time a few mistakes ago
I was in your sights, you got me alone
You found me, you found me, you found me
I guess you didn't care, and I guess I liked that
And when I fell hard you took a step back
Without me, without me, without me
And he's long gone when he's next to me
And I realize the blame is on me
'Cause I knew you were trouble when you walked in
So shame on me now
Flew me to places I'd never been
'Til you put me down, oh
I knew you were trouble when you walked in
So shame on me now
Flew me to places I'd never been
Now I'm lying on the cold hard ground
Oh, oh, trouble, trouble, trouble
Oh, oh, trouble, trouble, trouble
No apologies, he'll never see you cry
Pretend he doesn't know that he's the reason why
You're drowning, you're drowning, you're drowning
Now I heard you moved on from whispers on the street
A new notch in your belt is all I'll ever be
And now I see, now I see, now I see
He was long gone when he met me
And I realize the joke is on me, yeah!
I knew you were trouble when you walked in
So shame on me now
Flew me to places I'd never been
'Til you put me down, oh
I knew you were trouble when you walked in
So shame on me now
Flew me to places I'd never been
Now I'm lying on the cold hard ground
Oh, oh, trouble, trouble, trouble
Oh, oh, trouble, trouble, trouble
And the saddest fear comes creeping in
That you never loved me or her, or anyone, or anything, yeah
I knew you were trouble when you walked in
So shame on me now
Flew me to places I'd never been
'Til you put me down, oh
I knew you were trouble when you walked in (you were right there, you were right there)
So shame on me now
Flew me to places I'd never been
Now I'm lying on the cold hard ground
Oh, oh, trouble, trouble, trouble
Oh, oh, trouble, trouble, trouble
I knew you were trouble when you walked in
Trouble, trouble, trouble
I knew you were trouble when you walked in
Trouble, trouble, trouble

I don't know if you know who you are until you lose who you are.
Hmm...so what do you think about Taylor Swift's latest song aimed at dismantling her former beau? Pretty harsh and...well, she is merely trying to get her message across right? No punches was held back and of course, this song was meant to tell the world how mortal she is...making wrong decisions etc. All in all I Knew You Were Trouble is a great song for those who have just "survived" a relationship. Then again, such experience allowed her to have more inspiration to pen down more record-shattering song, no? :p Hats off to Taylor Swift for this catchy, revolutionary song.
