One day while I was walking back towards the office, I was stopped by a friend who wanted to give me something. He asked for my hand and of course I "handed" my hand to him without asking. Then he took out something from his pocket and place them on my palm. There they were-the 5 beautiful marbles, gleaming beautifully underneath the sun. My friend said he would throw them away should I not want them. I nodded my head, agreeing to be the new keeper for these marbles and put it into my pocket.

Do you still remember when was the last time you held a marble in your hand? Do you still remember we used to play with these "round glasses" when we were young, trotting around in our sandals. We would battle it out with our fellow marble-lers on sand, trying our best to win their prized possessions. We would have a special jar to safe-keep our beautiful marbles, walking around with it as if it was our piggybank. Likewise some of them would be entrusted to our fishy friends in their aquariums, allowing us to admire their timeless beauty. I miss those days when I played marbles with my family and friends...so much memories...
