Last month I treated my wife to have a scrumptious dinner for her birthday. Yes! We had a feast before she blew her birthday cake's candle and unwrapped her then new Sony Ericsson Xperia X8. Initially I wanted to treat my wife dinner in one of the cafes but she insisted that we should go to the restaurant near our house.Of course I complied with her request. We headed to Gathering Restaurant which is just 1 minute's drive from our home if the traffic lights are feeling green (if red...5 minutes).

You should dine in this Gathering Restaurant too.

Thankfully the moment we arrived, not many people were there. We were their first two customers of the day because it was still early then...around 6pm I guess. Immediately we were entertained by the waiter who took our orders swiftly. There were only the 2 of us but we ordered 4 different dishes. Wanna know why my wife insisted that we dine in this restaurant instead of going to the luxury cafe? You have to read on. :p

Of course the highlight...crabs...

Haha :D Mr. Crabby was the reason why my wife demanded that we dined there. It had been awhile since we last crushed the carapace (shell) of any crabs. In fact we ordered 2 crabs to satiate our crave for juicy crab meat. The whole dinner of 4 different dishes cost me around RM80. I think still reasonable as Mr.Crab must have cost a lot but it is OK as long as my wife enjoyed her birthday dinner. So if you happened to be around this vicinity, do dine at this Gathering Restaurant. Not bad at all. :)
