Yesterday was my daddy's 60th Birthday. Yes he is old really already but then this year it is a very special birthday for him. Why? Because for the first time in his life, he will be celebrating his birthday with his grandchildren. And both of them are tigers! So do you think my father is happy? Yesterday we had our special outing by dining at Kenny Rogers Roasters Restaurant in Jusco Malacca. All for of us ordered black pepper chicken quarter meal which came 3 side dishes and a muffin each.

This was where we celebrated daddy's Birthday.

We really love Kenny Rogers Roaster Chicken and I must admit that it is the first place we think of when we are taking dad out for meals. The place is very cosy. More importantly we love to Kenny Rogers because if its perfectly roasted black pepper chicken. Although dining here can be quite expensive but it is ok to indulge once in a while right? Besides it was daddy's big day.

After that we went to Baskin Robbin to take the ice cream cake that we ordered. Actually it was my wife's idea to buy dad this ice cream birthday cake and it was his very first birthday ice cream cake. Hey, how come I never have ice cream cake for my birthday? LOL :D My wife chose the 1kg Brownie Bunch with cookie and cream flavour plus Devil's Food Chocolate cake...or whatever they call it. The moment we got the box of ice cream cake, we couldn't really wait anymore. All of us immediately stormed home to open it. :p

This Baskin Robbin's ice cream cake cost almost RM90! Damn expensive huh! Maybe it is because of the enclosed dry ice? Anyway after we have reached home, we "pricked" open the frozen box to retrieve our chocolicious Brownie Bunch. OMG! It is so rich that the cookies topping on top almost fumble down the cake. We stuck one candle on top of the cake and lit it. Daddy was obviously very happy to have this cake. He blew the candle and cut it. The rest they say...was ice-age history. Yummy!
