OMG! I can't believe this! I can't get her out of my mind-Susan Boyle! Yes! I'm completely boiled by Susan right now! Her cheeky grin, her antics and most importantly her melodious voice! She is a worldwide household name right now! I swear back then when her name blazes across the paper, I couldn't care less; I didn't even bother to check her out. I heard the radio stations' deejays talked about her and I thought, "Who the hell is she? What's with all the fuss and hype?" I thought she is just a so-so singer...until one of my colleagues showed her video to me. I reluctantly watched it and I was completely baffled and blown into pieces when her voice first struck my ear drums. Gosh! I have to agree with Piers, Susan Boyle is the indeed biggest surprise he have ever watched in this reality show to date!

I don't know about this...

But she looks really funny! :D

Perhaps it was because we were all being too cynical towards this poor old lady when she appeared right before the us (or the audiences in the show). Yeah! She is almost 48 years old! Some even made these funny faces wondering what this old woman was doing up there on the stage.  Was she lost? Maybe we thought she was going to strut another William Hung's She Bang thingy. All the audience burst into laughter when Susan did a jiggy responding to Simon's reaction towards her age. They sure thought that she was a clown huh! She was even mocked albeit facially when she said she was going to perform Elaine Paige's I Dreamed A Dream from Les Miserables. Everyone had this weird look on their face...

Just look at her face!

They found her amusing....until she sang the first line. All the audiences were totally taken aback. That very moment...everyone was simply in awe...speechless! So was I. They couldn't believe that this "old radio" actually tuned out such euphonious voice! Everyone was caught in total disbelieavement! Dumbstruck...this is truly a wake up call. No one expected this and Simon was so damn right when he said the moment he saw Susan Boyle we were going to witness something extraordinary!

Even the judges were in complete awe!

The moral of this story?

1~Don't judge a book by its cover!

2~Everyone can achieve their dream

if they try hard enough!

Well, for today Music Monday I'm going to share with you guys Susan Boyle's I Dreamed A Dream. I know a lot of you have shared this. Never mind that I'm late. Although you might find this ordinary, but I personally find it rather inspiring! Believe it or not, I have been listening to this song for more than...50 times in the past 24 hours? Damm, I'm such a nutcase! But too be frank, Susan Boyle's has certainly changes the way we look at our dreams.
