Yeah, that's what I felt. Gingeriffic! Why? Well, this morning as I was preparing lunch with my wife, I sliced the ginger and its juice got into my eyes. It feels hot and a little "spicy"...my tears streamed as a result of natural mechanism to counter the ginger juice. Wow that kind of sensation is...that's gingeriffic I guess. :)

An after some google-ing, I found out that ginger is really, really good for us. Researchers from the University of Michigan are testing ginger as an antinausea remedy for chemotherapy patients. You see, ginger contains gingerol, an antioxidant that decreases the production of nausea-inducing compounds in the digestive tract. Do you have queasy stomach? Try those commercial tea made from 100 percent ginger root!

Eno Ginger anyone?

For Malaysian, you can have the benefits of ginger in the form of sachets. Try Eno Ginger. Or you can always add ginger into your everyday dishes and meal, just like me. That's why I'm always gingeriffic!

Gingerbread is good for you too!
