After 1 year, here I am celebrating my birthday again. I am 38 years old and as aforementioned, I love to grow old. I notice that I have more white hair or is it grey? I cannot really tell. The wrinkles on my face have increased in number as well. These are all the hallmarks of being a middle-aged father. Ha 😁

Growing old with my beloved wife and children by my side all the time is truly a blessing to me. I am really esctatctic to see both Jordan boy and Jasmine girl grow bigger and taller day by day. Though both of them could be a bit naughty and cause me to be a bit frustrated from time to time, the headaches that they have given me is something that I cherish a lot. It is a privilege if you ask me.

I do not mind growing old at all. All I ask of God (and myself) is that remain I will remain happy, health, safe and sound. I am also aware that I am no longer the young version of myself, so I will need to tackle life a bit differently. I will need more composure and be even smarter in dealing with lots of issues. Perhaps, I will need to adjust my lifestyle a little bit here and there too.

My Oriental Birthday Dinner

Speaking about my birthday, my dear wife had arranged a sumptious birthday dinner for me. We dined in a comfortable Chinese restaurant which served delicious spread of oriental cuisines. We truly love the pleasant ambiance and I really enjoyed all 6 of the different dishes that my wife had ordered for me. She knows what I love to indulge in indeed. 😋

My Tiramisu Birthday Cake

Back at home, I was greeted by my favourite Tiramisu cake that my wife had purchased beforehand. After singing birthday song for me, my wife and children took out my birthday gifts. My two babies have presented me with their own handmade crafts which I really adore. Just when I thought that there were no more surprises, my wife made sure that I had an unforgettable birthday with her unexpected gift.

It was the latest DJI Osmo Mobile 6 smartphone gimbal that I have been yearning for. Thank you my dear wife. You are the best! Wifey knows that I really want and need a good smartphone gimbal and she went out of her way to purchase this without me knowing it. It is truly a feat as I am with her almost 24/7. I can't want to use this new smartphone gimbal of mine to shoot videos. Thank you for this unbelivable birthday gift wifey. Muack 😘

All in all, it was a superb birthday celebration to say the least for me. I want to thank my wife for planning everything for me from my dinner to my birthday gifts. Still, the best birthday gifts I have always have is my family-my wife, and children. You guys are the best presents that I have been given every single day. Thank you.
