I have recently received a brand new Samsung Galaxy A Series-the 2021 edition of course. This budget-friendly Samsung Galaxy A32 5G can be yours for RM1,199 only. Yes! You can now own a 5-capable Samsung smartphone at such a cheap price point (the cheapest so far for a Samsung). Glad that Samsung continues to support different segments of the markets and not just their flagship devices. Let's have a brief look at this newest member of the Samsung Galaxy A Series, shall we?

For starters, you will be amazed by the huge 6.5-inch HD+ Infinity-V display of the Galaxy A32 5G. Samsung claims that this screen will provide a more immersive enjoyment for you when your watch movies or play games. The screen performs relatively well under direct sunlight despite its affordable price tag. So you will have no problem using it while you are outdoors.

Under the hood, Samsung Galaxy A32 5G is powered by Mediatek Octa-core Dimensity 720 processor complemented by 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. The best part is, you can opt to expand the storage to up to 1TB via a MicroSD card. This is definitely something that I really value and if a smartphone does not have expandable storage, then it is the door for me.

It is obvious that the focus for Samsung Galaxy A32 5G is its cameras. Shutterbugs will be happy to know that this budget-friendly smartphone is actually equipped with a pretty advanced quad-camera setup. You will be delighted by the 48MP f/1.8 main camera, 8MP f/2.2 Ultra-wide angle lens, 5MP f/2.4 Macro lens and last but not least a 2MP f/2.4 depth sensor. The icing on the cake has got to be its ability to capture 4K quality videos.

Flip it to the front and you will be greeted by a 13MP  front-facing camera that will do a great job for you to snap all your selfies or for video conferencing. Interestingly, you will get a side-mounted fingerprint scanner that is easy to reach and secure to be used. I have no problem whatsoever unlocking the device via the fingerprint scanner. Perhaps I just need to get used to it.

You will be pleased to know that Samsung Galaxy A32 5G will be juiced by a large 5,000mAh battery that can last you for more than a day without any problem. Should you need to recharge your smartphone, a 15W adaptive fast charging via USB-C will do the trick for you. Besides 5G, Samsung Galaxy A32 5G will also come with NFC, Bluetooth 5.0, and even a 3.5mm audio jack (Yay!).
