I am happy to claim that this Seagate Backup Plus Portable is very, very fast, transferring my photos and videos in a jiffy without any hiccup. Its high-performance reading and writing speed allows me to edit my documents, photos and even videos directly from the hard drive itself. So no more hassle to copy any files from the hard drive and paste in my computer for editing before re-copying and re-pasting the files back into the hard drive. Phew!

So you can work with different computers which use different operating systems and can still transfer files, photos and back up your important work to your portable hard drive. I am really enjoying this convenience.

I am also in love with the Folders Mirroring feature which is truly a God-sent tool. Now whenever I create a PowerPoint presentation or Word Document in my Work Folder, it will automatically be mirrored to the identical folder in my portable hard drive. How cool is that right?
