Adele's latest song Skyfall is nothing but breathtaking. I can only use one word to describe this song-HAUNTING! Haunting in a sense that after listening to this song, you can feel like you are in the song itself, falling from somewhere high...like the sky. It is never easy to sing a Bond song and Adele really hit all the right notes in this Skyfall. One can't help but feel that Adele is the only singer around that is capable of singing the latest 007 song!

You cannot entirely feel the song Skyfall just by listening to it on Youtube alone. Nope. Nothing can beat the sensation of listening and watching the theme song comes to live in the cinema. My wife and I went to watch Skyfall in the cinema last week and we were totally blown apart by Adele's Skyfall in the movie. I will say that her song breathe life into the whole Skyfall movie which is a key part of the 007 formula. It is really a song that accentuates the enigmatic life of a Bond.

What if Adele acts as the Bond girl?

Like all the other Bond tunes, Skyfall is orchestrated as a straight ballad, carefully obliging all the rules of Bond Song. There's the piano, the four beats in a bar and of course the mentioning of the name of the movie. In fact Skyfall was mentioned 15 times in the whole song. Although the blues in the song makes it so pleasurable to our ears, it is Adele's deep, resounding voice that make Skyfall a Bond Tune that you will never forget.
