The Only Constant Is Change

There is no denying that the only constant is change in our life. Do not be afraid to embrace changes. It is time to be versatile and different.

Everywhere you go, you are bound to see changes. Every single second as your heart beats, as you breathe...there are changes happening around you. You might not be able to see it but it is happening. Back in our secondary school, in Physics class...we learned so many formulae and equations with numerous constants in them. I can't recall many of them but the only constant that I have learned throughout my life is the only constant in life is change. That's what all of us have to acknowledge!

The Only Constant Is Change

No matter whether you like it or not, change is here to stay. You have to embrace and accept it. Max Depree once said, "When you can't change the direction of the wind, adjust your sails." How true is that? We will never become what we need to be by remaining stagnant. Some people just hate change, yet it's the only thing that brings improvement and growth. Change is a permanent thing that we cannot eradicate from our dictionary.

It is funny to think that everyone wants to change the world they live in, BUT no one thinks of changing himself first. The road to success is always under construction. Of course, we have to live in the reality, but at the same time, non-acceptance of our present creates a future. We need to keep on reinventing ourselves if we want to move forward.

They say it is better to be pruned to grow than to be cut up to burn! I can't agree more. In this competitive world, those who are versatile will strive for excellence and be successful in what they do. Wise people sometimes change their minds but fools...well...they never do. So we have to be receptive and open to changes in our plans. It is a sign of strength to make changes when necessary.

He who ignores discipline comes to poverty and

shame, but whoever heeds correction is honored.

The longer a person is in error, the surer he is that he's right, and the less open he is to change. This is the most dangerous mistake we all can commit-stubbornness. Where we cannot invent we can at least improve. Don't forget that sometimes a marvelous idea is just an old idea with its sleeves rolled up. An innovation. If you itch for ideas, keep on scratching!

So no matter what you are doing, don't be afraid to change. For it might spur you to scale higher heights. Dare to take up challenges and improvise. When you are stuck, try to find another way around...don't wait to be unstuck. Don't let your fate fall into the hands of chance. You can change no matter what you are doing. It doesn't matter if you want to change the way you blog, the way you communicate with your boss, or how you treat your loved ones. I try to change and improve myself too whenever I can. Change for the better and you'll be surprised by the results. :)
