Last week, prior to Chinese New Year I bought this Himalayan Crystal Salt lamp! I have always wanted to lay my hands on one of these orange coloured stones. Finally!!! Ha =)

After a quick check, I found out that Himalayan Crystal Salt was formed millions of years ago when the ancient sea (wow, talking about age) dried up. Through continental drift and the movement of tectonic plate (geography?), layers of dried salt were moved to always-deeper regions of our planet.
