The Two Tigers In The House

The Two Tigers In The House are living happily under one roof and it is proof that 3 generations of family can live together.
Two Tigers In The House

Time flies and we are nearing the end of our Chinese New Year's celebration for the year of the Tiger. How is your celebration so far? As for us, it has been a good year indeed (relatively speaking). There are two Tigers in the house and I am sure they are happy as this is their year. 😁

My father and my son are the two Tigers in the house, meaning they are born in the year of Tiger. The year 2022 will be a good year for both of them so hopefully, they will make good use of it. I am glad that both the old and young Tigers could live happily under one roof. It's not always a grandparent can live together with his or her grandchildren especially in this modern society.

Two boisterous fellas!

Honestly speaking, I have always loved to have 3 or more generations of family members staying together in the same house. Growing up in my "kampung" with my grandparents during the infancy of my years has really left me with tonnes of indelible, priceless memories, especially our Chinese New Year celebrations. I really miss my childhood with my grandparents, especially my late grandma. How about you guys?

Beware of the Tigers!

I am really elated that my father is still alive and kicking while celebrating yet another lunar year with his two grandkids. I am sure both these Tigers will continue to enjoy more celebrations and festivals together in the future. To my dad, his two grandkids are his joy and laughter who have never failed to make his days. Perhaps, we need another Tiger cub in our family so that everything can be merrier? 😋

  2. Aha! Are you hinting now that a Tiger Cub is arriving later this year??
I only have fond memories of my grandfather when I was growing up in Thailand. He was the CPO and we were
    heavily protected by him. LOL

  3. Yes, the extended family is a thing of the past. Last time, everybody stayed in one house, three generations together and they all lived happily together, helping one another, taking care of one another. Many staying on their own now neglect their children and so many problems arise! So sad.
