Back to The Future Transformer Gigawatt is unveiled by Hasbro. This Delorean Time Machine car that Doc and Marty used to drive can turn into a huge alien robot. In its car form, it looks exactly like the time-traveling car in the movie franchise, making it one of the most highly collectible transformers.

Just went you thought that the Back To The Future franchise cannot get any wackier and then BOOM...Hasbro dropped a new collaboration that will see the Delorean Time Machine transforming into Gigawatt. Now we know why the car could burn tarmac and travel into the future or past! Hasbro has embraced the eccentric nature of Back To The Future Franchise and roll out this Transformers Generation X Back to the Future Gigawatt! What a fitting name huh!

This latest Transformer can of course transform from the iconic time travelling car to its massive robotic form. So far there is no further details whether this latest giant robot will be an Autobot or a Decpticon. We are still unsure about the power and weapons that it will wield. However one thing we know for sure is that it could time travel which makes it one really sick, formidable, omnipotent Transformer for sure! Sounds like this is a robot which will create a balance in the universe to me.

The Delorean Time Machine can transform into a robot

Essentially, Gigawatt is the Iconic Delorean Time Machine car that Marty McFly and Doc used to drive and turns into the robotic form that we are familiar with such as Optimus Prime and Bumblebee. When Gigawatt is in the automobile mode, it looks like the exact carbon copy of the Delorean Time Machine vehicle. Everything looks surprisingly identical from the mainstay energy reactor to the flux capacitor inside the car. The lightning rod is also present on the top of the car just like in the movie!
