I am sure he has been kissed by a rose before, if not he would not have written this song in the first place right? To be honest, I don't really know Seal because I have only listened to this song of his. Ouh yeah...I also know that he is blissfully married to German model Heidi Klum. So today I am going to share with you guys Seal's Kiss From A Rose.

I really love this song as it has that enigmatic feeling to it. Kiss From A Rose is a song that oozes a lot of love and passion. In fact it does feel as if someone is being intoxicated by the affection that he or she has met. If we look at the lyrics closely you would have noticed about it right? The first line of the song tells us how lost and lonely Seal was. Then he met that special someone that completely enlighten him. Seal likened his new found love like a drug that make him high and awake. He then compared his love like a kiss from the rose. Why rose? Well...I believe it is because of the beauty of the rose, the sweet fragrance of this flower and its soft petals. Awww....how alluring right?

Ok, enough intoxication! This song is first released back in 1994. Wow! That was like 16 years ago. Do you know that  Seal's Kiss From A Rose won the 1996 Grammy Awards for both Record of the Year and Song of the Year? Unbelievable right? It sounds incredulous but given the quality of the song I believe it really deserves it. Seal's Kiss From A Rose owes it success to the Batman Forever. Yep! The song was included on the Batman Forever soundtrack and many people who saw the movie recalled the song and love it so much. So let us enjoy the song shall we?
