My US$99 Panasonic DMC-F2 Camera

Still remember some time ago I ranted about who screwed up my 2 Olympus Cameras? Well, did you ever wonder how I managed to snap the photos of my faulty Olympus cameras? That is because I have bought a new Panasonic Camera. I have got myself a Panasonic Lumix DMC-F2 which cost me just RM320 (US$99) plus a 4GB SDHC memory card. Dirt cheap right folks? I managed to buy this super awesome Panasonic Camera for just RM320 because I knew the supplier. Haha :D

Although this Panasonic DMC-F2 is way cheaper (RM320) compared to my previous RM1000 Olympus camera, its functionality and ease of use is superior compared to the latter. In fact this Lumix is the best camera that I have ever have. My sleek 10Megapixel DMC-F2 features a 28mm wide angle lens and 4x Optical zoom that produce amazing photos. I must say that the photos produced are very vivid and rich.

But the real reasons that particularly captivated me is its incredulous Auto Scene Mode! Why would I use incredulous to describe it? Well...with this new DMC-F2 I can capture image like I have never done before with my previous 2 Olympus. The truth is, I don't have to adjust any settings at all since I have bought it. The automatic scene mode detection and intelligent selector make shooting photos a breeze for me.

Moreover its high sensitivity ISO of up to 1600 allows me to capture gorgeous night shot without any obvious blur! Awesome! Do you know that this cheap (RM320) DMC-F2 Lumix can even shoot High Definition (HD) video? I am really mesmerized by the videos that I have shot with it. And yeah, my 1st full-fledged video-Tekkaus VS Shantanu For World Cup Game was shot using this compact camera. Oustanding! :)

It's a Lumix ok!

I highly recommend this no frills Panasonic DMC-F2 compact camera for those beginners or those bloggers who just want a simple point and shoot camera. All in all I can only say that I am loving my Panasonic DMC-F2! It is simply a cheap and powerful Lumix!
