The moment for hundreds of thousands (if not millions) of people are waiting for is finally going to materialize! Right after the bacaan doa, Anwar will be swearing in as the Permatang Pauh's MP! Anwar who won the Permatang Pauh by-election on Tuesday, will be sworn in as a Member of Parliament at the Dewan Rakyat today. Is this the defining moment for Malaysia?
The Advent!All three of the Pakatan Rakyat component parties (PKR, DAP an PAS) have agreed to pick Anwar as their kingpin to spearhead the assault on BN in the "house". Anwar has been granted the first front row VIP seat of the Opposition Bloc facing the Prime Minister's seat. He will be able to take part in the parley of the much talked-about DNA Identification Bill, which has drawn a immense dissent from the Opposition. The DNA debate will take on the centre stage today as it's connected to Anwar's sodomy case! I'm sure Anwar will do whatever in his might to stop the DNA Identification bill!
The battleground!Let's see if there will be more dramas in the house. Exchange of harsh words, tantrums, insults and flares of temper will be "showcased" today. Will Anwar behaved himself, or will he "let loose his hair" and and open the floodgates for direct onslaught against Badawi? I have no idea. Go grab a popcorn and head to the parliament right now to catch it live!
Our sleepy Pm still have my vote!No matter what, be sure that "twilight" is no where to be seen as the Dawn of Anwar has just arise!
