Now I have another reason to ask my wife's permission (when she is around) to let me drink coffee. Haha :D Yeah, I have to obtain the green light from her (lady boss) to have my daily java fix. Now there is mounting evidence that suggests we coffee drinkers have a lower risk of developing Type 2 diabetes, gallstones, Parkinson's disease, cirrhosis and certain type CANCERS! Yes, now coffee drinkers can actually lower their risk of getting certain type of cancers all thanks to our coffee beans. :)
Hundreds of compounds, including antioxidants, seem to be responsible for coffee's many protective benefits. So who says only supplements have antioxidants? All hail the coffee! Don't take my words for it, listen to the expert ok. There are 2 research which indicate that coffee is indeed good for us!
1~A Harvard study revealed coffee drinkers had a lower risk of dying cardiovascular causes than nondrinkers. You see? Drinking coffee is better than gulping those milk. Haha :D
2~A Norweigian study found that a typical serving of brewed coffee is richer in antioxidants than a serving of blueberries, raspberries, or many fruit juices. Wow! The antioxidants in the coffee is more than those berries? Awesome!
That's why I insisted to drink coffee daily because it is so healthy. And do you know that coffee can also empower your mind beside energizing your body? Another study discovered that sleep-deprived people were much calmer simply after inhaling the scent of roasted coffee beans. Talking about aroma therapy aye. :p
I want to have these coffee beans...
BUT...we have to drink moderately of course. Maximum 2 cups a day and without the added whole milk and sugar would be ideal. If not something will be bulging in no time. Coffee could be "poisonous" too if you drink it like your sky juice. If you drink too much coffee, the caffeine will dehydrate you and even raise your blood pressure. And as for women, don't drink coffee for it boost the risk of miscarriage. Coffee is good but limit your intake ok folks. Have a great day sipping your coffee. :)
