4 Hotels Built For Bliss

I'm sure a lot of you like to travel right? Some slog day in, day out and all they want is a much-deserved break. They needed to have a really relaxing vacation. These people want to get away from the hustle and bustle of their normal daily lives and into somewhere very serene to loosen up. For the modern nomad, relaxation is a serious "work"! Gone are the days just to have comfortable bed and complimentary breakfast. Nowadays a hotel has to have all the comforts of home or even more! Enter the new era of hotel service which promises to provide you a surreal experience.

Don't you like to relax?

I often read other bloggers' posts about their travels, gateaway trips and adventure, just to name a few. These hotels that they are staying in are so gorgeous. I wish one day I could be able to live such moments!

So here are 4 hotels which were built for bliss!

Uma Paro...simply breathtaking!

1~Uma Paro, Bhutan
If you happen to visit Bhutan than you must stay in this hotel. At least for one night! The hotel is majestic with stone, wood and tiles put together by ancient masonry. This masterpiece was designed by Singapore's Cheong Yew Kwan in collaboration with Bhutanese artisans. The antique look hides away its 20 rooms and nine villas. This hotel is also complimented by COMO Shambhala Spa which blend immaculately with it. Simply bewildering.

Bangkok's Gem! Simply Splendour.

2~Metropolitan Bangkok, Thailand
Who doesn't like the Land of Mysteries-Thailand? I'm sure you'll love its Metropolitan Bangkok. Here, you cam pamper yourself in the hotel's 111-square-metre COMO Shambhala Urban Escape spa with its ten treatment rooms, hydro pool and yoga studios. Wow! It's like an ultimate-indulgence place to be. Next door, you can gratify your taste buds in Restaurant Glow which serves up delicious organic meals and flavourful juices. What next? Feast your sight with the light wonders designed by London lighting architects Isometrix.

Breathtaking sight!

3~Raffles Dubai
In the Middle East, the elegant Raffles Dubai awaits you. As tall as the pyramids (seriously?) and peaked with a glass capstone, this hot hotel is an impressive one-hectare garden of 129,000 plants. Very green indeed. Raffles Dubai simply exudes with lushness: from its thematic suites to the handmade chocolates by the pillow (OMG)! What's more? The spa menu at the Raffles Amrita Spa reads like a safari into the exotic with its 24-karat Egyptian Gold facial. My...it feels like a Pharaoh to be there huh!

Serene...

4~Alila, Cha-Am, Thailand
Here's another blissful hotel in Thailand! Prolific Thai architect Duangrit Bunnag makes use of strong geometrical forms on a gentle swatch of wood, limestone and marble finishing. Such exquisite touch. The spa's seven treatment rooms gravitate round a thermal pool to send guests into moments of deep bliss while the Red Bar whips up healthy living by day and Lebanese tapas in a lounge ambiance by night! Who doesn't want to be there?

Goodness. If only I have the opportunity to be in one of these for blissful hotels. Awww...in my dreams maybe? Hmm...who knows? Maybe one day I could afford to visit these countries and stay in one of these hotels? Ha :D
