No matter how harsh the condition is, it still survive; no matter how little the space is, it still grows; no matter what...it will always make the best of everything it has. This is the true quality of a survivor. One that does not complain nor quit when the going gets tougher; one that counts its blessings and cherish the chance given to it. It is the adroit opportunist-The Fern. Sometimes it does bother me, why some people can't just treasure what they have instead of complaining about all the other things they don't and can't have. Why can't they just be like the fern? In this life of ours, we need to seize the chance we have; we need to pounce on it just like a hungry tiger!
I believe we need to be an opportunist in life. But in a good way of course. We should make the best of everything life throws us at. So let us be just like the fern. We can do so by eating more "cangkuk manis!" Perhaps Suituapui could cook me a plate of "cangkuk manis"? Hahaha :D For this edition of Wordlesser Wednesday, I decided to do something a little different. A little more natural. Hence I took out the camera and snapped a few fern which is residing in my yard. In fact this photos were taken less than 1 hour ago.
I must admit I enjoy looking at this beautiful fern. The fact that it is a survivor makes me kind of respect. Then again I feel this special connection to it...maybe because green is one of my favourite colours. LOL :D
